WISE UP is a JFS team that supports adults 60 years and up. Our team is dedicated and motivated to assist these adults through an assessment process and setting goals. The WISE UP team is ready to walk a mile in the shoes of so many past, current, and future clients that had called, are calling now and those that will reach out to JFS in the future.
