A Message From Em-Power Rangers

In support of this cause, a group of caring individuals within the GROW Department have joined forces to create the Em-Power Rangers for the Walk a Mile in My Shoes event taking place on Sunday, September 29th at Burns Park. GROW stands for "Graduate with Resilience, Opportunity, & Work" and represents JFS' employment and economic empowerment programs. As a staff we all work together to aid our clients with advancing their careers, businesses, and financial well-being. As a team, our goal is to raise $10,000 in support of JFS and all the work we do! We are reaching out to friends, family and colleagues in our community to ask for your generous support in helping us achieve our fundraising goal. Any amount you can contribute will directly aid refugees in accessing crucial resources, such as housing, education, healthcare, and job training. Your support will not only empower us to complete the walk but, more importantly, will enable JFS Washtenaw County to continue their vital work in changing the lives of those who have sought refuge in our country. Together, we can make a real difference in the lives of those who need it the most. Let's come together as a community and walk a mile in the shoes of those who have faced unimaginable challenges, supporting them on their journey to a brighter and more hopeful future. With gratitude, The GROW Team
