A Message From JCOR
Jewish Congregations Organized for Resettlement, known as JCOR includes congregants from: Beth Israel Congregation, the Ann Arbor Orthodox Minyan, Ann Arbor Reconstructionist Congregation, Jewish Cultural Society, Pardes Hannah, and Temple Beth Emeth. JCOR supports JFS refugee work by resettling a refugee family through funding and volunteer work. We successfully resettled a family from Columbia last year and hope to do the same for another family this year. We hope to raise some funds for this effort.

In Support of Jewish Family Services of Washtenaw County
Jewish Family Services of Washtenaw County is a private non-profit social services agency serving the greater Ann Arbor community since 1993. Originally established by the Jewish Federation of Washtenaw County to assist the growing number of refugee families in Ann Arbor from the former Soviet Republics, JFS has since grown into an organization providing programs and services ranging from older adult caregiving to immigrant resettlement and career services. As an agency in Washtenaw County that serves a diverse, international population, the mission of Jewish Family Services is to create solutions, promote dignity and inspire humanity.
