For the past year, I have worked as a case manager serving refugees and immigrants who have come to the United States in search of a better life. Case management is the process of helping people access the services, resources, and support they need to achieve their goals and build stable, successful lives. Every day looks a little different, but it has been incredibly rewarding to serve our community. I truly believe our clients are an asset to Toledo, bringing resilience, talent, and diversity that make our community stronger. The services we provide help families build a foundation for long-term success.
