Meet Our Event Chair
Tray McGuire serves as Senior Manager for Customer and Community Engagement at DTE Energy, where he leads initiatives focused on affordability, reliability, equity, and community impact throughout Washtenaw County.
With leadership experience spanning the corporate, nonprofit, higher education, and public sectors, Tray has built a career centered on strengthening communities, advancing opportunity, and creating meaningful partnerships. Prior to joining DTE Energy, he held leadership positions at Eastern Michigan University and previously served in the district office of Congresswoman Debbie Dingell.
A passionate advocate for education, community engagement, and economic mobility, Tray believes every individual deserves access to the resources and opportunities needed to thrive. His commitment to service and community impact makes him a natural champion for Walk a Mile in My Shoes and the mission of Jewish Family Services.
